Description
High-strength synthetic macro fibers are made from 100% polypropylene raw materials using our unique drawing process. The product has a tensile strength of over 650 MPa and an elastic modulus of over 10 GPa. It is mainly used in tunnel segments, high-strength concrete pipe piles, square piles, ballastless track slabs, embedded track slabs, floating slabs, stadium precast seats, precast concrete boxes, and almost all precast concrete components. Domestically, we are the first company to produce high-strength synthetic macro fibers with a tensile strength exceeding 650 MPa. As a result, we are partners with China State Construction Engineering Corporation, China Railway Construction Corporation, Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd., and China Communications Construction Company in the field of high-strength precast concrete components. We have participated in over 200 various engineering projects, accumulating tens of thousands of hours of production experience with high-strength synthetic macro fibers. We have established a standardized production model to ensure consistent quality in every batch, rather than relying on the production experience of individual technicians. User guidance
Dosage: The general dosage is 3.0-8.0kg/m3.
Length: The length should be 35-58mm. Dependent on precast concrete elements.
Mixing: It is advisable to add fibers in the concrete mixing station to ensure that the fibers are evenly dispersed.
Curing: The curing process after adding fibers is exactly the same as the system without adding fibers.

Each bag is 10 kilograms, and the volume of one ton makes 6.8m³. No pallet
