Polypropylene synthetic macrofiber
Polypropylene synthetic macro fibers are made from 100% polypropylene raw materials through a drawing process, resulting in fibers that are entirely transparent and integrated with the raw material. These fibers meet national standards and are primarily used for crack resistance in concrete, serving mainly in civil construction and municipal engineering projects.
Description
Polypropylene synthetic macrofiber is a fiber specially used for crack-resistant concrete. The industry standard stipulates that the tensile strength of the fiber is between 270MPa-400MPa. In order to meet market demand, combined with mature wire drawing technology, the cost of crack-resistant concrete macrofiber is reduced to save costs for customers to the greatest extent. This fiber is mainly used in civil buildings and municipal engineering.

User guidance
Dosage: The general dosage is 1.5-5.0kg/m3.
Length: The length should be 30-58mm. Depends on concrete thickness.
Mixing: It is advisable to add fiber in the concrete mixing station to ensure that the fiber is evenly dispersed.
Curing: The construction and curing process of concrete after adding fibers is exactly the same as the system without adding fibers.
